Friends

My time ran out
To spend with friends
That's what this is about
It's time to make amends.
We're been through rough
Time so slow
I know it's been tough
To see the moon glow
But the truth is true
I enjoyed being with you.

So if you can accept
My sorry so lame
The memories will be kept
I'll always remember your name.
So as God as our witness
Can we live as friends
In endless bliss
And make amends.

I know I did things
I shouldn't have done
But we're human beings
Living all as one.
