Friends
Friends:
Stand by one another through the thick and the thin
They try their best to help each other out
Friends:
Let you know just where they're coming from
Who they are, what they're about
Friends:
Respect what you think and believe in
Even when it's not the same as theirs
Friends:
Should be able to speak their mind
Let it be known their fears and cares
Friends:
Should give back as much as they recieve
Not from the pocket but, from the heart
Friends:
Be to friends as they'd be to themselves
Even when they are apart
Friends:
Should stand by friends
Not make them feel low when they are wrong
Friends:
Will talk and help each other understand
Communication keeps friends strong
Friends:
Are bonds that people make
To this bond you should be true
Friends:
Not just a name to throw around
For they are a part of you
To use and abuse this special gift
is something that's not right.
So don't be fake, be honest and true
Friends were meant to be tight.
