Fresh Silver Dollars

Fresh silver dollars rain down from the sky
  Heaven-sent pieces of a monetary pie

Folks stuff their pockets with glee in their eyes ~
  Could a Merciful God deny them their worldly prize

I see that you also are not enamored at the all mighty dollar being more important than children's lives in a grade school.

Actually, the 'almighty' dollar pales in comparison to the 'shiny penny!' Ask any three-year-old. They know!
