Freedom
Locked up chained up never set free
My being has never been
The unlocking of the door
The safekeeping of the keys
Is this where we are meant to be
This exact moment is reality
Forget tomorrow and all the yesterdays gone by
Today is the day
The beginning of our future
It's freedom day
Let me hear that freedom cry
Echoing the sound
Resounding on high
The prison gates have been opened
The prisoner set free
Now this is how life's suppose to be
Shout out loud
Sing your song
Celebrate rejoicing
Now look what he has done
True emancipation is for all to see
To touch
To feel
To be
