Notes About The Poem

Frederick the Rogue Dentist

A rogue dentist called Frederick McCrouth
Brought misery to many a ones mouth
Caused his patients great pain
Done for profit and gain
Eventually their teeth all fell south.

Frederick's nickname was' dentist from hell'
Gold implants at a high price he would sell
He was caught in a trap
Is now up on a rap
Justice caught him and he's now in a cell.

Awesome limerick, Tom! Had a great laugh thinking of a dentist selling gold fillings. Your rhyme is perfect and you adhered to the alphabetical requirement with ease. Best wishes in the contest! Hugs, carolyn

G'day Tom … a dentist causes so much double pain Tom. First it's the mouth and then the wallet, so I gather that a toothache is a legal form of blackmail - a great limerick Tom - Lindsay
