Hi, Ink. I am not crazy about him. I am falling in love with this modern artist I think from Germany. Her name is Catrin Weltz-Stein and she has so many cool works of art. My new goal is to do lots of ekphrasis poems based on my favorite works of her art. I will be putting one up this week called Lightness

He is fairly obscure because he was from the 1700s I think. But he was on list of top 100 British painters or something like that. Also his last name was easy to rhyme so I chose him. Lots of last names can't be easily rhymed, so they don't make for great clerihews

Your poem is well-organized, and the themes move along clearly, Andrea.

Hmmm. You must really like landscapes. I think I want to do a poem on the painting of a person next time. I really liked the one I saw about the girl with birds
