FRAGMENTS 10


As if each verse makes good sense
This tacit bluff and sly masquerade 
Embalms even lifeless still life
Beyond canvas or poignant picture
As a living mantra chant echoes
Or else implodes in eternity
Beyond the shifting echoes
That rise and fall and rise again
In these enchanted sand dunes

Damo: By the way, it is not possible to drown the voices of other poets on Poetry Soup. It's never my intention to do so. I write my poems during the day but choose to post them in one go. I could have given each a different title but I chose a common title. Leon

Hi Leon.. Is this one poem or just 10 x verses? all launched at the same time to drown out all the other poets on the "new all" page of this forum.. I have tried to read your write, but not sure if if I should start at 1 or 10, or somewhere in between of all the verses you have posted, or am I missing something ??.. as you have done this before... Please explain.. as I and others may be missing something? DAMO

Dear Damian: Thank you. These are experimental collages... Each can be read independent of the others. Yet, taken together in any sequence you like can paint a bigger picture. Hope this helps. All the best then, Leon
