- Four Leaf Clover -

                                                         OOOO
                                                     OOOOOOOO
                                                 O Friday the 13thO
                                               a sign of misfortune
                                              Don't have 13 guests 
                                               O around the table,O 
                                                O all 13 die within O
                           OOOOOO              a year OO
                   OO Break a mirror, 
               seven years of misfortune       I             OOOOOO
              Black cat across the road,        I           Never walk OO
                  OOO - spit three times       I          OO under a ladder...   
                   to undo this calamity        I           O avoid the OOO    
                             OOOOO                 X   /    triangle ...witchcraft - 
                                                          X          Cross your fingers 
                                                            I          just to be safe
                                        OOO             I             OOOOOO
                                   OLook for OO     I
                               a four-leaf clover    I I
                              in the meadow, OO    I I
                             OO it brings you OO    I I
                                OO Good Luck O     I I      *

I am so impressed with your artful poetic skill, the messages in each leaf reminded me of my mother's panic on almost each one, especially the mirror breaking. Walking under a ladder in astore as a child, she actually pretty well shrieked, (happily not too loudly), and made us walk back under it backwards, she said maybe that would help. I figured the bad luck may be if a can of paint would fall on our heads?!! Anyway, this was so much fun.
