SP, gee, I wish my former supervisor believed in this. He kept preventing us from doing our work. We had a bunch of very dedicated people who he demoralized during his tenure. Quite amazing how simple being encouraging can be. Smiles! BTW, good choice of music for the accompaniment!!

Whoever strives hard to achieve this state of excellence will certainly succeed. We should also have the largesse of mind to encourage and congratulate others on their achievements. In scholarly writings i’ve read re: the lessons of history, there are oft conclusions noting a civilization’s need for excellence, high goals, , which, the more these are devolved, the greater that civilization begins its fall. We could demand the best of govt., the arts, educarion, justice, medicine, diplomacy, childxare, fellowship, ec. When a populace wearies from chaos, the end is near…Excellence rakes positive effort!
