Forgiveness regenerates love
Shame blushes then recedes
Grateful replaces regret’s trove
Sack cloth shed – sins concede

Anxious steps slow then rest
In reconciled transgress
Soul seeks God – lifetime quest

Balm timeless
Forgiveness
