Peccavi, my love, peccavi.

For your slain heart of wounds
Of my contrition's aching
Remorse of love's fallibility
Giving my tears
In a sad memory of my iniquity
Valley of military slumber
Eternal rows of unfinished dreams into eon

My deep regret it scarred our lives
Enveloped in the mourning mists
