Forgetfulness

Delicate light lay upon Me. I feel your hands like the message said they would be. A graceful grazing across my head and A presence secure. One I have sought to understand. I perceive that I lay beneath you And that I am less. What I am remembering is that I once was what you are. Peace that is resilient, persistent, evident. I have missed you because I’d forgotten That you surround Me With the strength of my own wisdom. I pray with mighty intent To aid me in recalling my true essence Because I have forgotten
