It’s a mystery – stained in crimson Flow of hope – flowing forgiveness It’s a wisdom – breathless as a prayer Whispered on the silence, yearning Knowing that love like this is indescribable Baffling the psyche, wiping away doubt Assuring the spirit of a gift that keeps giving The gift of a light who is forever burning A touch that is always sure, so honest A love that never lets you down, a love That is more beautiful than hearts can imagine Love this sure is love that is forever there, Offering support, abiding joy, wonder so wise It makes the spirit sure that He is alive He survives – death and time… He is alive It’s a promise – spoken by grace Kindness that is perfect – flawless as His gift Forgiveness that will always inspire Forgiveness that will always provide Forgiveness that will always abide Inside those who know Him as Savior The answer, the present and the past The way through grief, the way of truth It’s the promise of a light that never goes out A light of serenity, soothing away the pain A light of creativity, inspiring the soul A light of mystery, stirring flames of assurance It’s the promise of a love that is more alive than the stars It abides in the heart who believes in Him, His grace With the knowledge that He is the only friend we need He is the color of heaven, the ray of God’s reflection, The whisper of peace who accepts us.. the melody of rain Showering the soul with praise that is forever honoring God, our creator, our light, our love – love that is fully alive Because He provided us with the One who will never die!
