Forbidden Love

Across the crowded room she caught him looking at her. Tears pooled in her deep brown eyes as a sad smile filled her face. Her heart was shattered as he turned his back to her. She stumbled out the door running for emotional cover. Forbidden love is a painful thing hidden deep inside, never to see the light of day, never allowed to fly. Abandoned and alone just like the house she’s in, her heart cries for mercy, and then, HE walked in. From across a darkened room they sought each other out. You could feel the tension mounting as their love drew them along. All else was forgotten as eyes locked on eyes. The surge of desire lit a fire deep inside. Their forbidden love, no longer a painful thing was free to fly at last and seek the light of day.
