Forbidden Fruit

You are the forbidden fruit, I can only see and admire. I cannot touch nor may I taste, This beautiful gem I want and desire. Me wanting an embrace or touch, With no regard for the consequence. I see a woman I wish was with me, My selfish desires not helping the circumstance. I am in the Garden with the Tree, Smelling the sweetness it’s so intoxicating. Having knowledge I would love to pursue, Entranced by the incense this fruit is emanating. My flesh weak, my mind spinning, Your eyes pierce my soul. Your hair up, soft skin exposed, My thoughts leave their moral role.
