For Today
Catch a falling rainbow
and paint my spirit
with colours of ecstasy!
Wash away all sorrow
cast the hurt aside
and plunder the loneliness!
Look to the evening stars
wishing on Venus
and tasting the flow of life
that courses through the veins of the Universe!
Risk and enjoy
the bountiful fruits of happiness
for the many-born
know what it is
to love over the expanse of time!
Centuries of emotion
spill into today
giving light,
beauty
and the creation of paradise!
Shower all with the fragrance of love
and
purge the mind of demons -
for today
we live where aeons of caring have brought us!
Searching
hunting
for that greater good -
the Holy Grail...
true love personified!
