For the Love of Country

The many hopes, and the many lives,
the many dreams, along with, the many tears,
of people, from across, the country,
carried inside, the soldiers, with their fears.

Volunteering, in dealing with, America's outcome,
for all, despite themselves, doing what, they can.
Having to be in places, they never been,
fighting an enemy, whom wants, our freedom ban.

Soldiers determined in keeping, for the next generation,
a world where everything can be fair, and right.
Working in hours, long and unusual,
even thou, exhausted, every single day, and night..

Clear and evident to a soldier, from that, moment on,
theres a path, of which is chosen, continuing, on it's way.
Realizing that themselves, they must put aside, in appreciation,
knowing for freedom, there is a definitely, a price to pay.

Discovering in the chance, of becoming a soldier,
there being, a possible chance, for the ultimate end.
However, still becoming a soldier, for the love, of country,
with the heart and dedication, to courageously, defend.
