For Me

She whispers to me,
Says things this man never
Heard ever before.
She tells me and shows me
The contents of her heart.

She smiles,
Just to think of me.
She truly is,
But treats me
Like, beautiful art.

She sings songs to me
About love and life
And of wonderful dreams.

She is a gift,
Truly due to innate beauty
Which flows like
The most beautiful of streams.

She shares with me,
All that she wishes
Me to see,
But she cannot hide
The real person, inside.

In effect,
She shares completely
And feels, with me,
There’s no reason to hide.
