For Dream Builders Only

Who ever declared you cannot?
Is a full blown, liar I promise you.
In their lives, they failed at some task.
And now?
The unmitigated gall, to drag you
into heartbreak row?

Do not buy losers' stories!!
To those with fortitude and gall ~
Comes an entirely, different story!

One where there was loss and
then came great glory.
I have experienced this myself
and know the joys of victory.

Odds are many poets are just like me.
Not weeping over lost loves with
a handkerchief under an old tree.
But finding new love, better than
they ever dreamed would be.

Their lives exceeded their original
schemes.
They go on and envision new dreams 

Their truest friends stand by them
whilst their phony friends stroll so
casually and heartlessly away.

But, dear friends, know, please.
The dreamers will out do you in every way 
With joy and greatest possible ease!

      GO DREAMERS!

My motto is to forget the haters and naysayers. The “ real” ones will be by your side and support your dreams. Thanks for penning such a write reminding us not to stop dreaming. I see you already know this. Most people want approval , so they sacrifice their dreams to be “ part of the crowd.”. This is a constant theme in my poetry. Humility goes with achievement. Sharing how you got there is a must with others.finally, if you are afraid to be you? Don’t even try for a dream. I think people loathe fakes. I do. Run away from them. And vain people? Glad that you enjoyed this poem! Have been fortunate enough to have mentors that not only had dreams, but saw to their fruition! They, in turn, taught others how to do it.they weren’t sitting on piled of trophies and grapes. I guess I am saying successful teachers show you the path. Many were, writers and performers in show business.quite grateful, humble and un boastful…that willingness to inspire and teach others …. Is highly effective. Pangie xx

I have had mentors all my life that taught me to seek the positive, not evil. To avoid negative influences.I do my best and am harsh on myself. But will not be quiet when I see wrong.
