For Domestics
My cat, she plays so, with her prey.
It is what nature tells them to do.
We cannot shame the feline’s way
For they believe they’ve brought us food.
The dog will always be our friend;
It’s love, the closest thing to God’s.
Always ready, a paw to lend;
As we trek along the sod.
The horse, a life companion, is;
They’ll never let you down.
For it is the horse’s biz;
To carry you around.
Domestics love us, as we are and serve without a care.
Some have one and others, two; nothing’s better than a pair.
