Footprints
Listen to poem:
In the sand, footprints lie deep and wide,
Pathways that lead to the great unknown,
Journeys that we must behest, abide.
Each step we took, a story we’ve sown,
Memories left behind in the sand,
Pathways that leads to the great unknown.
The footprints fade, like an hourglass of sand,
But the journey continues, the story unfolds,
Memories left behind in the sand.
With each step we take, a new tale is told,
Of adventures and challenges we face,
But the journey continues, the story unfolds.
Footprints in the sand, a lasting trace,
Of the paths we’ve taken, the choices we’ve made,
Of adventures and challenges we face.
With each day, a new chapter is played,
In the sand, footprints lie deep and wide,
Of the paths we’ve taken, the choices we’ve made,
Journeys that we must behest, abide.
