Thank you for a placement in your contest, John. I was under the impression the mention of "hooves" in your description literally meant in relation to horses. Interestingly enough, the first three honored were not of that idea. lol All great writes by your top ten finishers. I will take this moment to say that this was the last poem I'll ever enter on the site. My well wishes to you, John, and to all those writers that have encouraged me in my time here.
