Inspired by Don Besig's Flying Free.

This Earth's a place we call our own When we can stand with Her lands And look within great loves we've known For hope that we might share command. Like strong gods above the sky Soaring sacred from on high We long for all Earth's tribes to be Without a loss, straight trauma free. ***** love invokes a distant sigh Inside gray clouds full of rain Yet we will always hope to know Earth's journey ends without pain. We spin swiftly round light's way All too soon love's yesterday. We must grow through shades of blue ***** dreams cut shy of love felt true. Life lust's a song we all could share A gift for love's sweet self care. For when we know Earth's gay brings light Great spirit roars deep dusky night. Like rain's bow up in the sky Love has taught queens how to fly. This Earth will bless what we have been And never could want lost again.
