Florida Keys

There was a mean, old alligator
Who chanced upon young Master Baitor
Both of them noted
Pheromones floated
When traipsing by came May B. Layder

Rico: I love great limericks and this and others of yours that I have read are great! Keep them coming and best to you as you continue your poetical journey. Glad you enjoyed the Reilly Green Bean Casserole write. My daughter corrected me - Reilly is a "she" not a "he" and I corrected the poem as a result - my face is red!

Pity she did not do Campbell Soup - and the world - a favour by concocting a spicy fire ant recipe, or one including deer ticks, mosquitoes, yellow jackets, termites, blow flies, or even a Black Widow Web soup for Halloween? It would have made picnics so much nicer! Aloha! Rico

Very clever Rico! I am having a full moon day with my husband telling me how to drive. I called him a backseat driver and he fired a few unmentionables back! I enjoyed the humor in your poem and I needed it! : )

I always let my late wife drive as she was more patient than I could ever be. However, it should be clear to your husband - and everyone else - that a driver must focus on what is happening on the road ahead with ZERO distractions from passengers and/or technology! Aloha! Rico
