Flores Para Los Muertos - Vignette

An inebriated vixen promoted duress
as she and George played "Get the Guests."
A fractured malevolence mirroring Macbeth
resulted in her first-born's death.
Atop his imagined coffin, a snapdragon rests.

Author's Note:

Vignette inspiration:
Play - Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1962)
Playwright - Edward Albee

Congrats on this selection, John. Yes,"Who's afraid" was a haunting movie. I didn't see the stage play. I've never been more disgusted by a write in my life. It was one of those times when I left in the middle of the thing. I imagine that speaks well of Albee's genius. Speaking of talent, you got it BIG, John. Love, daver. P.S. I've since seen the play again and understood much better.
