Flipping For My Handy Man

When flipping a house
                                                            it always helps
                                                      to have your husband
                                                 as your handy man
                                            there at your side
                                         for all those small things
                                     like electrical outlets that
                                  need to be updated
                                nails to be driven...
dead rats to be disposed of

If he can hang a ceiling fan
                                put up drywall and
                                  climb on the roof
                                    to make repairs...
                                      it's all the better
                                         That means we won't
                                             have to pay someone
                                                else to do the work

                                                     A good supervisor is also
                                                         of utmost importance
                                                             That's me! I have been
                                                                 known to paint an entire
                                                                    bathroom and hallway
                                                                        by myself.

                                                                             But your handyman...
                                                                                if he's a good one
                                                                                   will clean up
                                                                                      your mess
                                                                                         put away the ladder
                                                                                            and paint brushes
                                                                                               for you

                                                                                                  So here's to
                                                                                                     my Valentine
                                                                                                       handy man
