Amen to that. My mother had a viper tongue that stings me to this day; making me that much more sensitive to the things I say. If she were alive I'd give her your poem to read ;)

Thank you so very kindly. I've come to understand that words can do more harm and damage than one can see. People should be aware of what and how they say thing even in a well meaning way.
