Flagellum

FLAGELLUM
                                                   limerick

Harry yelled out "aut pax aut bellum"
                                   Indeed he lost his cerebellum
He kept the piece in dish
And the peace on a fish
The next war he lost his flagellum

aut pax aut bellum (lat.)= either peace or war
