First In Flight

Like a guitar you play my heart
Dictating every note every pause
Do you know women so well or just me
I rather feel like a blue imbecile
You have bested me tested me
Like a sad Sade love gone wrong song
And you pull me like a string into dreams
For me to wake and partake of rude reality
You like the chase you like my face
You like my lace and soft wet place
But not forever you are so clever
You drink me pleased like hot green tea and leave.

Men are true animals, they buck and move on to the next one. It is in their genes. But where would literature be without women wishing men were different? Some well expressed sentiments in this one, Karen!

Agreed. There are a few women who try to do this but men win hands down. Thanks for reading
