I think reading fairy tales in the past was so much better. In today's world imagination could be lost to the screen. Perhaps a parent keeps their child unspoiled by pulling each onto her lap and reading the originals, perhaps the Grimm version (lol), so their child can hear the lovely words rolling from their mama's or papa's tongue, and dream a little dream of their own.
