Fireflies

Beacons gleam through the dark of night
                                tiny wings fluttering in flight
                                 luminescent jewels of light
                            transient signals that they repeat
                              orbs of magical beams ignite.

They are luminescent creations of God that enlighten our pathways to see and admire his creation of such a complex creature that shines brightly... Be blessed my Dear...

A fun write. As a kid we would catch them and put them in a jar. Loved to watch their lights. I have not seen any in years. Have a blessed day writing away..................
