Finding Happiness
Heavy the weight of the world at times
Another day of life’s many challenges
Perspective is often so very hard to find
Pursuing the warmth of spirit we call happiness
In every man the challenge to find his own
Noticing the wonder and beauty in small things
Enjoying the sun and a good apple pie
So quickly the days pass and we forget to be happy
Sometimes just a hug can make the difference
