Filled

My mind is filled with emotion
To a point of going insane
All this does cause commotion
And some pain within my brain

To fill my heart with love
I found the nicest lady
We seem to fit like a glove
She tells me I am her baby

My life is filled with joy
And family is my life
From the time I was a boy
I was sharper than a knife

As deep as dark as I can get
I can harm no one as you can see
There is not much that I regret
Just live and love and let all be

I would hurt myself before any other
Give my coat my shirt and a good meal
Would even be as gentle as my mother
Patch all your wounds so they can heal

Time to raise my feet and recline
So very tired from all that I do
To rest will make me feel divine
Good night from me to all of you

We seem to fit like a glove... nice expression of conjugal love, john
