Fighting a Future To Build

He fought his way Through life against all odds And came out victorious. The enemies were many The battles innumerable The pain unbearable But He stood his ground Despite the beating Despite the cost. He faced malice He faced deceit He faced hate, and Also betrayal But He kept going Regardless hardships. He was cold He was hungry He was lonely, and Suffered a lot, But He stood his ground Despite the tortures Despite the hurt. His childhood stolen His youth compromised His manhood disillusioned Thus He had to accept He had to deny He had to allow, and Also to reject But He stood his ground Despite the pressure Despite the loss.
