Feelings
I can hear my heart shatter as it hits the ground, silence is all around. Nothing more then the dark to hold me tight. Wishing just once you would put up a fight to be here by my side. The night is long and its to quiet my thoughts are racing of the track. Twisted like knots and loose like confetti all over the place. Your soul touched mine and messed up this place. Now it's like playing hide and seek but you are gone and I'm not safe. Tripping and falling for you my dear, left me mistaken my feelings not fake. Confused like I'm lost at sea and the desert sand is all I can see. Making no sense you crept up on me and sprung these feeling and set them free. The shell of the man I use to be.
