Feel it

It’s enough to know that we’re not
merely this feeble body-mind
bemused by desires and fear fraught,
floundering through life, as though blind.

Since we don’t exist, who are we?
What’s the truth that will set us free?
Ceasing thinking, begin feeling,
caress of love, so appealing.

Seeker, a thought-provoking poem, indeed who are we? So much to ponder, well done, blessings, Constance

Well, we are living light but to know that it is so, we must see it, which happens when ego disappears, which in turn happens when thoughts cease, which happens when heart is quiescent. So there, now you know!
