Feeding the Ego

The contemporary credo
feeding the ego.

My right to be free
my right to be me,
fundamental and liberal
no value ,no moral;
Hey listen to me-
just let me be.

The contemporary credo
feeding the ego.

Don't ask me to see
contribute or give,
hey,live and let live
don't inhibit me;
Or my right to be free
my right to be me.

Rights,rights,rights;
Ever looking within,
the self-centred sin;
The contemporary credo
massage my ego.
