It’s been quite some time
I have been quite lovesick.
Or, if one should say I haven’t, then
I have lacked a good companion.
Wheres I attempt to
Not grow feelings for dreams,
but, I rather feel as though,
I can fulfill someone’s wish
A wish for a good companion,
but, as of now, I will not pursue
Love, as to receive companionship
love from another is rather challenging,
Depending on the person or persons
Who search to fulfill their own dreams.
My affectionate feelings have been
Rather high lately, and
I relent to seek for one
whom they would lie
Their head upon my shoulder,
or in need of comfort.
For now, I will wait
And wait,
And wait,
Until the day comes whereas
Someone lacks, and is in need, of someone
Who does feel the way I feel
As of now.
