Favorite Selected Old Testament Bible Verses part four

 21) Do not correct a scoffer; least he hate you; Rebuke a wise man and he will
love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will still be wiser; Teach a
just man, and he will increase in learning. "The fear of the LORD is the
beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the holy is understanding."
       Proverbs 9:8-11

22) The fool has said in his heart,"There is no God." They are corrupt, They have
done abominable works, There is none that does good. The LORD looks down
from heaven upon the children of men, to seek if there are any who seek God.
They have turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none
that does good, No not one. Psalm 14:1-3

23) I WILL love You, O LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress
and my deliver; My God, my strength, in whom I trust; My shield and the horn
of my salvation, my strong hold. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be
praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies. Psalm 18:1-3

24) AS the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants for You, O God. My
soul thirst for God, the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?
My tears have become my food day and night, While they continually say to me,
"Where is your God?' Psalm 42:1-3

25) "It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still
speaking, I will hear: The wolf and the lamb shall lie down together; the lion will
eat straw like the ox, And dust shall be the serpent's food. They shall not hurt nor
destroy in All my holy mountain,"Says the LORD. Isaiah 65:24-25

26) Thus says the LORD: "Heaven is my throne, And the earth is my footstool.
Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of my rest?
For all these things My hand has made, And all these things exist,"Says the LORD.
"But on this one will I look; On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who
trembles at My word. Isaiah 66:1-2

27) "Behold, I send my messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the
LORD, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the messenger
of my covenant, In whom you will delight. Behold he is coming,"Says the LORD
        of hosts. Malachi 3:1
