I love salmon patties, but my daughter cannot get enough salmon. She buys it in 200 pound strips. Ugh! I cannot eat it that way for long. This poem is for her.

I like it a lot, have a million different seasonings and sauce recipes for it, too. There's nothing like it with a good baked potato. I'm a lacto-ovo-pesca-tarian. Try saying that three times, fast. Thanks
