Fauci Turns Grouchy

Dr. Fauci turned grouchy
Bit his lip, got an ouchie

Kept his mask on, bled to death
Socially distanced ~ had bad breath

I stayed up all night scratching my butt to come up with this one. If that's what you call 'effortless.' Heh-heh. The day I stay up all night writing a poem is the day that Hell Freezes over. :) gw

Why, Shirley Ellis! Where ya been the past 57 years, eh?! The year - 1965. The song - The Name Game. The place - On a bus from my high school (all-white) to an all-black high school (Proviso East, Maywood, IL) for a basketball game. The outcome? ~ Shirley won!
