Thanks, mom for the nutritional advice. Nice and clever poetic device to deliver said message, Andrea. Concise and to the point. Good write. I'll take that extra slice if no one now wants it. Love and peace to you and yours.

Ok, I admit your title drew me in-- Fats?! Only you, Andrea, only you! And you still manage to pull it off, informative and with those images to boot.... I only have a quick critique-- where's the coconut oil??? But shucks, the mention of burgers, pizza, french fries makes me crave them more! Enjoyed this-- uhhh geeky me- sees MYC in my captcha, and somehow, myocardial infarction (heart attack) pops to mind, more reason to stay away from the bad fats! catch up with you soon, sweetie!

Lovely poem, giving knowledge of proper foods for our body. Eating everything to a limit is OK, but we should not go crazy, otherwise we will suffer. Nicely written.

you have to do a lot of searching online. My new hobby, Armand, is finding tasty recipes that use good fat and other ingredients! Just wish I had the time to prepare the freaking stuff!

Good one, Andrea. So informative...I've been a vegetarian since my teens. Recently, I became vegan. It's helping me stay away from the bad fats. I've lost about 8 kilos and am struggling to lose more weight. This is a boost to my morale. Hugs

Congrats and good luck, Eileen. I lost 17 pounds in a year's time but struggle to lose more. I need to eat totally right. It's the little things like crackers with cheese dip that are messing me up!
