Fate By Chance
FATE BY CHANCE.
If by fate we chance to meet,
by starry night ,or , on a dim , lit street,
would you share the love , that I keep,
or pass it by , with just one sweep.
Why not take a chance, that we may greet,
seizing the moment so rare, so sweet,
When hearts are set to flutter,
race , and beat.
A chance to find , the moment, that we all seek,
to love, to share, to speak.
No future , is ever known, nor destiny written,
that i`ve been shown,
A chance we take , a choice we make,
Who can say that they, will not partake.
In the fleeting moments, when eyes have met mine,
when the world , stands still , for but a short time,
that longing gaze, the searching glance ,
A kindred spirit , seeking to Chance,
Longing to know, the eternal bliss,
of new Romance.
