Fate
Like two journeys bordered by time
in two boats sailing to opposite directions
until the odd wind brought them to rhyme
at the same time and port of destination;
Like two hearts that braved, even the impossible
in their quest for glorious fruition,
where no storm, so wild and so terrible
could put out their flame of affection;
Fate is like the sun that shines brightly
no matter how the clouds try to suppress its glimmer,
for hearts that hold on to their dreams tightly
shall soon see the horizon shimmer.
Fate is a song written in the stars;
It is engraved in the imbrium of the moon.
Not even the pain of thousand scars
could forever hold back its tune.
