Irritate you
Write all 
Your hate

Fears

Then 
Take a deep
Breath
Put your 
Pen
Two inches away
From 
The papers
Twist
Your neck
Twice
take
A another deep
Breath
Take back
Your pen
And write 
Down
What you
Like
Write 
As much 
As you can

Now
Cancel out
10 line of 
What you 
Hate
With
One
Of what
You like
The remainder
Is your fate
