Fatality's Education.

How many have made goals for themselves and what they want to be?
How many lives cut short through endless possibilities??
How many mothers wish to change that moment?
How for me I want to be, a student of the human anatomy, a vet, or a hair cutter.
How many times of college must i go, three?
How many have faced this pressure and become what they have excelled to be?
How many produced wonderous families?
How many eight graders think about such a thing?
How many days left before they begin?
How many lives will be affected if it turns out right?
How many deaths and screaming families, if this turns out wrong?
How many have made goals for themselves and what they want to be?

How many of these things will i turn out to be??

Tiffany, Goals, dreams and thoughts in between... what to be or what to do... can plague the heart with confusion. But we must... do or be something. Don't you think? (Perhaps we should just be ourselves??? Or perhaps something more...) You have asked many relevant questions for life's road of ponderings. Excellent write. Congratulations on having your poem featured this week. Lovingly, Dane

These are the types of questions we all ask ourselves. Sometimes the answers come at unexpected moments. I'm sure the choice you make will be the best one for you. There is such pressure on young people to pick a profession. I got a job writing advertising right out of high school and it helped pay for my college education. But I am still writing, so perhaps I didn't get as much benefit as I might have from college. The answers will come to you, Tiffany. Love, Carolyn
