Notes About The Poem

Fat Bottomed Girls

I visit museums when in Paris One tourist had got a huge ‘arris’ It took her quite a while To squeeze through a turnstile A diet plan could dis-embarrass Inspired by the Queen song Been to Paris once - I doubt I would return 10/30/20

G’day Jan … no prizes for picking a Jan Allison limerick. Blokes would never dare use some of the topics you do Jan - thanks for the giggle - Lindsay

I was stuck behind her (no pun intended)! I have walked from one end of Paris to the other in all four directions and ALWAYS found interesting things along the way, e.g., I am not a pet lover, but there are buildings where the cornerstone is a pet fountain . . . ..Aloha! Rico

Love the Queen song and your limerick, Jan! Indeed, a diet would help resolve the problem. Tee hee! But I wouldn't want to be the one to tell her that. Fun limerick, Jan. Maybe I should rethink my desire to see Paris too... Hugs, Carolyn

I think a lot of folk are struggling with keeping fit during lock down - was so lucky to get an exercise bike at a boot sale when lock down ended here and we got a home gym for son at a bargain price - its taken over the garage but he loves it - early birthday and christmas present:-) hugs jan xx
