Far, Yet So Close

Verse 1:
When the sun peaks from the mountains,
It peaks from my windowpane of pain
I can feel the rain as it goes oh so insane
I am crying, crying, crying many fountains
Trying, trying, trying to find where you been

Pre-chorus:
Sputtering, sputtering, sputtering like a spider in the sky
Hovering, hovering, hovering like a fluttering butterfly
Muttering, muttering, muttering to myself in the air
Covering, covering, covering myself everywhere…

Chorus:
You are much like the waterfall mountain
You spin and twirl like a watery fountain
You are a rainbow amongst a rainstorm
Thunder roars and we are but an empty dorm
Once again, you're far,
Yet so close...so soon…
Much like a cloudy star
And a rather sunlit moon

Verse 2:
When the moon shines its brightest,
It shines so bright with its mighty best
I can feel the stars shimmering anew
I am flying, flying, flying...then, going downward - what's new?
Then, I try again…

Pre-chorus:
Sputtering, sputtering, sputtering like a spider in the sky
Hovering, hovering, hovering like a fluttering butterfly
Muttering, muttering, muttering to myself in the air
Covering, covering, covering myself everywhere…

Chorus:
You are much like the waterfall mountain
You spin and twirl like a watery fountain
You are a rainbow amongst a rainstorm
Thunder roars and we are but an empty dorm
Once again, you're far,
Yet so close...so soon…
Much like a cloudy star
And a rather sunlit moon

Bridge:
When the clouds depart from view,
Who knew I would end up, lying next to you
I can feel the warmth of your skin
Even from afar, your heartbeats beat from within
You're my kindhearted kin…
The yang to my yin…
The yang to my yin…
The yang to my yin…

Pre-chorus:
Sputtering, sputtering, sputtering like a spider in the sky
Hovering, hovering, hovering like a fluttering butterfly
Muttering, muttering, muttering to myself in the air
Covering, covering, covering myself everywhere…

Chorus:
You are much like the waterfall mountain
You spin and twirl like a watery fountain
You are a rainbow amongst a rainstorm
Thunder roars and we are but an empty dorm
Once again, you're far,
Yet so close...so soon…
Much like a cloudy star
And a rather sunlit moon

Pre-chorus:
Sputtering, sputtering, sputtering like a spider in the sky
Hovering, hovering, hovering like a fluttering butterfly
Muttering, muttering, muttering to myself in the air
Covering, covering, covering myself everywhere…

Verse 3:
Once again, you're far,
Yet so close, my kind kin
Much like a cloudy star
And the yang to my yin...

Outro:
Why are you so far away,
Yet so close to me today?
Why are you so far away,
Yet close enough for us to lay?
How come you are far away,
But so close to my heart's sway?
How come you seem way too far
Like a midnight star without a flaw?
How come I can't mend your scar?
Can't doubt His hopeful, healing aura
You're far down the road
Yet, close to His abode
Pardon my lengthy ode -
Here, let me carry your load

Let me know the day this is produced. I want to be an audience. This is amazing, Earnings. The rhyme, the imagery, the repetition, the piling, the lyrics are laden with spectre and emotion
