Fantasy Dream Visits

My miss for Daddy is twenty years old with its feel constant in my heart’s deep hold. To hear his voice and be in his presence, would be a gift of boundless abundance. Still, he’s exactly where he belongs – I should not alter the mission he’s on. There are others long gone thru Heaven’s gate whose earth appearance would stir my elate. How very excited my thrilled would be if Helen Keller were to visit me. Her achievements were awesome amazements that increased my faith’s patience containment. I would bust flushed to see Henry Thoreau who rose my individualism dough. When a teen, his story touched seeds in me that sturdy my worthy on life’s journey. Since I dare not upset God’s strategy, I ponder the Tinkerbell love in me. Though fantasy shelled, I am in her spell; she attends all my enchantments so well. Not gone to come back, but so very dear that I wish her twinkle to earth appear. ... CayCay 10-20-18 (written for contest but true)

A marvel was Helen Keller. Her inspiring story will live on to inspire many others. I enjoyed your poem which reveals much about you Caycay. I hope Caren likes this poem as much as I did. I would want to bring back Lord Byron, but I think I have gushed enough about him in a recent poem. Best of luck. Have a terrific weekend! : ) xxoo

Helen has inspired so many people with her story; it's amazing to see a one-legged person dance, a person with no arms or legs, writing a book and more. Her miraculous life is proof that anyone can. A great poem, flows very well. Best of luck in the contests.

I was greatly moved by her story as a child. As an adult, I rented all movies I could find about her for my special needs son who was equally moved, and inspired. Ann Sullivan is a hero, too, in my view. Good to see you M.L., and thank you for your comments - I value your words. Poetry hugs .... CayCay
