Falling Foolishly

Running backwards into hindsight. Problem with this, nothing is right. The door is closed and shades are drawn. Possibility of hope is all but gone. The light of day came shining down. She turned my smile up from a frown. Out of the blue, she stopped my tracks. My heart is happy, and that's the facts. The winter winds blow cold as hell. I don't care, I'm under her spell. The ice is melting each time she smiles. This frigid fool is falling for her wiles. I've lived without love long enough. Why? The answer to that is just too tough. Time to be blessed with a heart of gold. To share my life with someone to hold. for at first glance contest. All you hopeless romantic's, relax, :) it's just a poem. :) sorry.
